You may use this software only as described in this license. 

If you do not agree to the terms of this license, do not install or use the software.

1. Software.  The capitalised term "Software" used below refers to the software identified above, any updates to the software, any supplemental code provided to you by Troupware, the User's Guide, any associated software components, any related media and printed materials, and any "online" or electronic documentation.

2. Restrictions.  You may not reduce the Software to human readable form, reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or lend the Software.

3. Support Services. Troupware may provide you with support services related to the Software. Use of support services is governed by the user manual, online documentation.

4. NO WARRANTIES.  The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.   The Software is provided with all faults and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort is with you.

All rights of any kind for the software that are not expressly granted in this agreement are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Troupware.
